We only accept Visa, Mastercard and Dicover credit cards. Your credit card will NOT be billed until we have verified that the date you selected is open. Credit Card charges will appear on your statement as "A PLUS RIDER".

Be sure to include your phone number and email address so we can get in touch with you to send you a confirmation. If you prefer to pay by Money Order, fill out the above form and submit it online AND state 'Mailing Money Order' in the comments field.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once payment has been accepted no refunds will be issued. However, if you can not attend a class but you provide A+ Rider with a minimum of 72 working hour notice, rescheduling will be allowed.
